Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

The two kinds of data we handle

Your account data. When you create a workspace we collect your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials. We use this to operate your account, send transactional email (verification, password resets, product notifications), and provide support.

Your business data. When you connect your dialer, call recordings, or CRM, we process that data — which may include recordings, transcripts, and contact details of your customers — solely to provide the service to you. For this data, you are the controller and we act on your instructions. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it for any purpose other than running your workspace.

How AI processing works

We use the AI and inference providers disclosed on our Subprocessors page to transcribe audio, create search embeddings, read transcripts, and extract structured information such as outcomes, objections, and questions. That disclosure identifies the data each provider receives and is updated when the provider list changes. Under our agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their models. The intelligence extracted from your calls benefits only your workspace.

What we collect automatically

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. The marketing site sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party ad scripts.

Who we share data with

Only the subprocessors required to run the service. The full current list identifies each vendor's purpose, the data it receives, and where it operates; it always lives on our Subprocessors page. We may also disclose data if required by law, and we will tell you when we legally can.

Retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your workspace or ask us to, we delete your tenant's data — including the raw event store — and confirm when it's done. Backups age out on a fixed schedule thereafter.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@revenuerep.ai. If your customers exercise privacy rights with you, we will help you honor them — including locating and deleting an individual's data across recordings and extractions.

International transfers and data processing

We operate from the United States, and our subprocessors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards — including standard contractual clauses where required — and we contract with our subprocessors to maintain equivalent protections.

If you are a business customer and need a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — for example, to meet GDPR or comparable obligations to your own customers — we make one available on request. Email privacy@revenuerep.ai and we'll send our standard DPA.

Governing law

This policy and our handling of your data are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, consistent with our Terms of Service, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have under the data-protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email workspace owners before it takes effect. Questions: privacy@revenuerep.ai.
