Privacy Policy

Your account data. When you create a workspace we collect your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials. We use this to operate your account, send transactional email (verification, password resets, product notifications), and provide support.

Your business data. When you connect your dialer, call recordings, or CRM, we process that data — which may include recordings, transcripts, and contact details of your customers — solely to provide the service to you. For this data, you are the controller and we act on your instructions. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it for any purpose other than running your workspace.

We use foundation-model providers (currently Anthropic, and OpenAI for search embeddings) to read transcripts and extract structured information such as outcomes, objections, and questions. Under our agreements with these providers, your data is not used to train their models. The intelligence extracted from your calls benefits only your workspace.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. The marketing site sets no advertising trackers and runs no third-party ad scripts.

Only the subprocessors required to run the service — hosting (Render, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and the AI providers above. The current list always lives on our security page. We may also disclose data if required by law, and we will tell you when we legally can.

We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active. If you close your workspace or ask us to, we delete your tenant's data — including the raw event store — and confirm when it's done. Backups age out on a fixed schedule thereafter.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@revenuerep.ai. If your customers exercise privacy rights with you, we will help you honor them — including locating and deleting an individual's data across recordings and extractions.
