Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2026. By creating a workspace or using RevenueRep.ai, you agree to these terms.
The service
RevenueRep.ai turns your sales calls and CRM data into structured revenue intelligence and gives your team an AI assistant (Rev) that works on top of it. We'll run the service with reasonable skill and care, and we'll tell you about scheduled maintenance and material changes.
Your account and your team
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and the actions of users you invite to your workspace. You must be authorized to act for the business you sign up.
Your data and your responsibilities
You own the data you connect — recordings, transcripts, CRM records, and everything we derive from them for you. You grant us the rights needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for recording lawfully — including any consent or notification your jurisdiction requires — before sending recordings to us.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend workspaces that put other customers or the platform at risk; we'll tell you why.
AI outputs
Rev cites its evidence so you can verify what it says — do that before making consequential decisions. AI-generated analysis can be wrong, and outputs are provided for your business judgment, not as professional advice.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. We'll give notice before any price change takes effect, and changes apply from your next billing cycle.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. On closure, we delete your tenant's data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate for material breach if it goes uncured after we notify you.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. If we change these terms materially, we'll email workspace owners before the change takes effect. Questions: hello@revenuerep.ai.
